The fourth activity of the TAD was held by BEC on Feb 25, 2017 to assess vapor heat pump technology by Hunan Dongyou Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang Guohe, President of Hunan Dongyou Energy Conservation Co., Ltd., presented on the vapor heat pump technology.

Mr. Tang Wei, Chief Engineer of Hunan Construction Design Research Institute, presented the vapor heat pump application case of Hunan Lengshuijiang city government office building.

Mr. Xie Xinyou, Professor of Chemical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, shared his views and suggestions for vapor heat pump after field investigation. He suggested to promote vapor heat pump application in southern China while launch pilots in northern China.

In the meeting, five experts, including Mr. Ni Weidou, the member of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor of Thermal Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, Mr. Bai Rongchun, the former Director General of Energy Administration Bureau of NDRC, Mr. Dai Yande, Director General of Energy Research Institute of NDRC, Mr. Fan Xin, Vice President of Tsinghua Holdings Group, and Mr. Zhai Yongping, Chief Energy Advisor of Asia Development Bank, gave their assessments to this technology and suggestions for further improvement and application.
